1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using devangiwholesale.in , you agree to these legally binding Terms. If you disagree, do not use the Site.

2. Wholesale Account Requirements

• Eligibility: Businesses must provide valid GSTIN or wholesale license.
• Account Approval: We reserve the right to reject applications without explanation.

3. Ordering & Pricing

• Pricing: All prices are in INR and exclusive of GST (charged at checkout).
• Minimum Order: ₹5,000 for wholesale accounts.
• Payment: UPI, Net Banking, or Credit/Debit Cards via Razorpay.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• Processing Time: 2-3 business days after payment confirmation.
• Shipping Partners: Delhivery, FedEx, or India Post.
• International Orders: Not currently supported.

5. Returns & Refunds

• Defective Goods: Must report within 48 hours with photos/video proof.
• Non-Returnable: Customized/bulk orders (e.g., printed fabrics).
• Refunds: Processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.

6. User Responsibilities

• Prohibited: Reselling products as retail without permission.
• Account Security: Notify us immediately of unauthorized access.

7. Limitation of Liability

Devangi Wholesale is not liable for:

• Delays due to logistics partners.
• Incorrect orders caused by user input errors.

8. Governing Law

Disputes will be resolved under Indian law in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
